Terms of Service

Effective September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.advocacyaces.com and the services Advocacy Aces ("we," "us," or "our") provides. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

Advocacy Aces provides digital marketing services to law firms and political campaigns. Our services are Digital Advertising, Streaming TV, Email & SMS, Video, Images, Audio, Social Media Management, Copywriting, Enterprise Ad Consulting, Websites and AI Services. Advertising runs on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, X and streaming TV channels. We work inside your own advertising and analytics accounts. You keep ownership of those accounts and the assets we build in them. Print pieces are delivered as print-ready files; you print and mail them through your own vendor. The specific services, deliverables, fees, and term for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between Advocacy Aces and the client. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

Not professional advice

Advocacy Aces is a marketing agency. Nothing on this website and nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. We can flag common advertising requirements, but you should confirm your obligations with your own advisors.

Advertising rules and compliance

Advertising for law firms and political campaigns is regulated. Attorney advertising is governed by the professional conduct rules of each state bar, and political advertising carries platform policies and disclosure requirements that vary by jurisdiction. When we run campaigns, we run them from your accounts, on your behalf, as your service provider. You remain the advertiser of record, and you are responsible for confirming that your ads, claims, disclaimers, and disclosures meet the rules that apply to you. If you ask us to run advertising in a way that breaks platform policy or applicable law, we will decline, and we may pause campaigns or end the engagement.

Results

Any client stories, examples of work, or outcomes shown on this website reflect past results for particular clients under particular conditions. They are not a promise of any specific outcome. Marketing results depend on many factors, including your market, offer, budget, competition, and the decisions of ad platforms and voters. We do not guarantee a specific number of cases, votes, leads, or any election result.

Client responsibilities

  • Give us the access we need to your advertising, analytics, and related accounts, and keep that access active during the engagement
  • Review and approve ads, offers, and creative before they run, and remain responsible for the claims in them
  • Fund your own ad spend directly with the platforms unless our agreement says otherwise
  • Respond to approval requests promptly so campaigns are not held up

Fees and payment

Fees, billing schedule, and payment terms are set out in your written agreement with us. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are due on the schedule stated there, amounts you pay directly to third-party platforms are separate from our service fees, and late amounts may pause delivery of services. Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable except where your agreement provides otherwise.

Intellectual property

Ownership of deliverables, such as ad creative, copy, audiences, songs, websites, and landing pages produced for a client, is governed by that client's agreement with us. Because the advertising is built inside your own accounts, the campaigns and assets stay in your accounts and remain yours. Unless your agreement says otherwise, Advocacy Aces retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and tooling. Clients keep ownership of the trademarks, logos, and content they supply to us, and grant us permission to use them to deliver the services.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, hosting providers, and scheduling tools. Those platforms have their own terms, pricing, and policies, and they can change them, restrict accounts, or reject ads at their discretion. Advocacy Aces is not responsible for the acts, outages, policy changes, or account decisions of third-party platforms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advocacy Aces will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or opportunities, arising out of or related to the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as provided in the written agreement governing it. We may suspend or end access to the website at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including Results, Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, and Limitation of liability.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Advocacy Aces is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
