Information we collect
Information you give us
When you schedule a consultation, submit a form, or email us, we collect the details you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, firm or campaign name, your approximate marketing budget, and anything else you choose to tell us about your practice or campaign.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect usage information such as pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. Where advertising or analytics tags are enabled on this site, those platforms may set cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Information we process for clients
When we run marketing for a client, we work inside that client's advertising, analytics, email, texting, and CRM accounts and may process personal information belonging to the client's leads, supporters, or customers, such as names and contact details submitted through the client's forms. That data belongs to the client. In this context we act as a service provider, processing the data under the client's instructions and only for the purposes set out in our agreement with them. We do not use a client's contact lists for our own marketing, and we do not move them to another client's account.
